## Gmail triage blocked — reconnect needed

I attempted to triage these inboxes:

Current status: Gmail connector returned **insufficient permission scope** before any inbox messages could be searched, so I cannot truthfully classify important mail vs spam yet.

### What I need next
Reconnect/reauthorize the Gmail connector with message-read/search permissions for the mailboxes you want scanned. After that, the triage should sort messages into:
- Urgent
- Needs reply soon
- Waiting
- FYI / likely spam

### Automation note
The dashboard and laptop companion are already running automatically via macOS LaunchAgents, so once Gmail permissions are fixed this panel can become a recurring local triage report.
